Paul is an English qualified solicitor with broad international experience in cross border corporate transactions, international offerings, listed and unlisted funds and related governance and securities laws issues. Paul has served as a non-executive director of public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He has also worked in the family office sector and is therefore familiar with the challenges posed by the ever-changing taxation and regulatory environment.Paul built his career at the London office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP where he was a partner for many years, and he remains a consultant to the firm.
Paul is from Cape Town, South Africa and has a BCom LLB from the University of Cape Town.
